Jeremy began his real estate career in 2003 and quickly established himself as a leader in the South Bay real estate brokerage business. Jeremy has closed more than 500 transactions worth hundreds of millions of dollars in his career. He prides himself on being a local expert focused on providing good, reliable information that most clients would not have access to on their own or with other agents. In the last 5 years Jeremy has averaged over $70 million in sales and 30+ transactions per year. 

Jeremy has a very unique business model for an agent that is in the upper tier of sales volume and customer satisfaction. Rather than have a ’team’ that may function separately, Jeremy manages ALL of his transactions personally. This allows him to manage the process intimately from start to finish, ensuring the absolute best personal and business experience possible. His business is driven by referrals which helps to enforce his commitment to his clients success and happiness.

In 2021 Jeremy, along with four exceptional partner-agents, co-founded Pacifica Properties Group Inc., a service and experience driven boutique brokerage based out of Manhattan Beach. In its first year, Pacifica closed nearly $500,000,000 in sales in the Beach Cities. Each of our partners average 22 years of LOCAL real estate experience and are well respected members of the local real estate community.

Jeremy has lived in Manhattan Beach for the last 25 years, was raised in San Diego, and attended the University of Arizona where he earned his degree in Regional Development (Real Estate) and Business. He lives in Manhattan Beach with his wife of 18 years and two children who attend our top ranked Manhattan Beach public schools. He is active with his childrens’ sports, schools, and local charities and is so fortunate and blessed to be a part of this wonderful community.
