Selling your most important asset requires skill, experience, and professional representation.
Strategic pricing, elite marketing, and deep local expertise to maximize your home’s value.
Suceess...how it's done
- Initial meeting to walk the property and get to know your home! We have a detailed discussion about your property and its features and attributes.
- Homework time! I get busy researching comparable sales, neighborhood nuances, and other relevant information and data points to get a professionl understanding of your home's value.
- Another meeting with you to discuss your goals. This is where we talk about what is important to you and your family, how best I can service your needs, best practices for communicating with you, timing, and expectations during the process.. This meeting will also focus on establishing the true value of your home in today's local market. We will talk about all of the components that get us to this number including analyzing comparable sales, market conditions, competition, and to strategize on how to best prepare your home for sale. My goal here is to walk away with a strong sense of what YOU want out of the process of selling your home and to have a game plan in place for a successful result.
- Once we commit to working together, we will establish a timeline. This includes coordinating the preparation of the home to list including media and marketing, calendar of important dates and events which will include my marketing schedule, open houses, private tours, etc…
- Game on! Brokers open house, private tours, networking, print and media advertising.
- Review offer(s) and discuss how we will respond. This is where we begin the negotiation of price and terms.
- Once we have come to terms and have agreed on a sale, we will then ‘open escrow’ and get working toward a successful and smooth closing.
- -Close of escrow…This is the day that you start your new chapter!
