Here's how it works when I represent you as a buyer…
- Meet and spend time discussing precisely what you’re looking for in a property. A few questions on my end but here is where I do most of the listening.
- We will discuss the buying process. Whether you are a first time buyer or a reasoned veteran of real estate transactions, we will talk best practices and come to an understanding how the it all works in today's environment.
- Discuss your qualifications and refer you to the right finance partners
- Introduce you to and set you up on my cutting edge portal to begin the home search.
- I will then get out and start searching high and low for your property. Sifting through homes for sale, networking with other local agents, utilizing my circles of influence, and buyer marketing to name a few strategies.
- When we have found a great candidate, we write an offer and begin the negotiating process- My specialty!
- Once we have an accepted offer, it will be my job to coordinate inspections, negotiate repairs, manage the lending/financing process,and ultimately get us to a smooth close..
- Congrats, you have a new home!
But wait, just because we close doesn’t mean I am going anywhere…Still lots to do including
the recommendation, coordination, and management of contractors and service providers,
recommending and assisting in the move, and any other post sale service that is needed….
